By regaining control over a locked Phoenix Contact PLC and integrating it with the MES, Automation & Services helped a pharmaceutical client optimize the management of its critical environments.
Automation & Services recently intervened at a pharmaceutical company to regain control of a Phoenix Contact PLC managing production cleanrooms. This highly regulated environment requires precise control of parameters such as pressure and temperature, among others.
After successfully regaining access to the locked PLC due to a lost password, we ensured the transmission of key data to the client’s MES system. This integration now enables continuous monitoring of deviations to prevent any drift that could compromise the compliance of production environments.
This action also led to better regulation of the ventilation system, resulting in both energy savings and reduced mechanical wear on the installations.
The client now benefits from:
- direct and complete access to critical environmental data,
- improved control over cleanroom performance,
- and immediate operational gains—both technically and energetically.
This project demonstrates our ability to act within the critical interface zones of an industrial system, where production, compliance, and performance intersect. Regardless of the brand or software architecture in place, Automation & Services adapts and acts with agility.
